With over 25 years in the Home Building industry, Mariquita brings her construction knowledge and love for design to the Home Elements team. During her early years in construction, she learned blueprints, bidding, and scheduling, quickly evolving to specify and purchase products for new homes. She is also a Real Estate Agent, assisting her clients in finding properties. Her eye for architecture and form shine through every project, and clients are constantly impressed by her ability to "refresh" their space and make it feel new again. Mariquita loves to ski in Colorado and cheer on her children at various sporting events.

Client Sales Representative/Flooring Specialist
Dano joined Home Elements as a client liaison in February 2020, bringing with him 5 years of experience in the Cabinetry and Flooring Industry and his many regional supplier relationships . Dano excels at providing both an enjoyable customer showroom experience, but manages every minute detail on the completion of the project.

Dianne manages all within the Home Elements organization. Dianne manages our accounting and finances, and from day to day there isn't a project based operation from ordering to receiving deliveries that Dianne doesn't have a hand in. Dianne will support all of your project accounting needs! Dianne in her off time loves to hike and be outdoors!

William Rombach brings over 20 years of real estate, homebuilding, and management experience to Home Elements, with the goal of providing a remarkable customer experience for our clients. This specialized experience offers insight and attention into homebuilder and contractor relationships, with the focus on understanding the builder process and how to leverage that into an improved process for the client.
